Purchase Process
To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Accept payment.” The purchase contract will be considered concluded when Pazo de La Cuesta SLU sends the customer an order confirmation by email and the payment has been processed.
Product Availability
All products offered by Pazo de La Cuesta SLU through the website are subject to product availability and/or any circumstances or force majeure that may affect their supply and/or the provision of services.
Prices and Fees: The prices listed on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The Winery will refund the received price once it has verified that the product has been returned in perfect condition.
